Return & Refund Policy
30-Night Trial
You have 30 nights from the date of delivery to try the pregnancy pillow. If you aren’t loving it, simply return it and we’ll provide a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Your pillow must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition — not stained, soiled, damaged, or showing excessive signs of use.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (e.g. order number).

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping service.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds are issued once the returned pillow has been received and inspected.
To start a return, contact us at care@thecomfybump.com.au. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your pillow is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, used or heavily soiled products cannot be accepted.
Please get in touch if you have any concerns about your item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
