Shipping Information

We want shopping with us to be simple. That’s why we offer free shipping Australia-wide.

For our NZ customers we offer free shipping over $200 AUD. Otherwise, we have a flat shipping rate of $15 AUD.

Pre-Orders

The estimated shipping date for September-October pre-orders is Friday, October 17, 2025. Thank you for your patience, we are working hard to get your orders to you ASAP.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Delivery with Australia Post

All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Areas: 2–6 business days

• Regional & Rural Areas: 3–10 business days

• New Zealand: 10–15 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email from Australia Post. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Possible Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to Australia Post network backlogs, public holidays, or events outside of our control. We’ll keep you updated if we’re aware of any issues.
