- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Sydney warehouse.
- Metro deliveries usually arrive within 2–5 business days, while regional/rural addresses may take a little longer.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped and is on its way.
- For NZ customers, we offer free shipping over $200 AUD. Otherwise, we have a flat shipping rate of $15 AUD.

Refunds & Returns
- We offer a 30-night trial for our pregnancy pillow, so if you aren’t loving it, simply return it and we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price. In this case, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Your pillow must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition — not stained, damaged, or showing excessive signs of use.
- If your pillow arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll replace it or provide you a full refund at no extra cost.

Is the ComfyBump Pregnancy Pillow safe to use throughout my entire pregnancy?
Yes! Our pillow is designed to support your body from the first trimester all the way through to the third. It adjusts with you as your bump grows to ensure consistent comfort and support.
The pregnancy pillow is for adult use only. Do not leave your child or baby unattended with it. Never let a baby sleep on or with the pregnancy pillow. Do not attempt to remove the microbead filling from the inner pillow as they can be a choking hazard for children & infants.
Can I wash the pillow cover?
Absolutely. The pillow comes with a removable, machine-washable cover so you can keep things clean and fresh with ease. Machine wash on low heat (30°C). Hang to dry. Do not use a machine dryer to dry.
You can wash the silicone buckles in the sink with warm water.
Do not machine wash the inner pillow. You can gently wash with a wet towel.
Can this make me more comfortable?
Many mums-to-be find the ComfyBump pregnancy pillow helps them feel more supported and at ease, especially as their pregnancy progresses. It is specifically designed to promote comfort and relaxation.
What is the pillow filling material?
It is filled with mini expanded polystyrene (EPS) which is much more firm and holds its shape compared to other cotton filling pregnancy pillows, as well as adjustable to suit your needs.
